The Role
- Creating, running & managing campaigns across all major social platforms – Facebook & Instagram campaigns predominantly (amongst other social channels)
- Responsible for the performance of campaigns and results delivered for clients
- A point of contact for clients – handling the account you will be client facing, helping them with their activity as well as their questions, queries
- Reporting to clients – providing the data as well as the thinking behind the data with recommendations and observations
- Helping collect and record campaign data for future optimisation and activity
- Assisting strategy slides & occasional pitching
- Helping build out and develop internal workflow
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in a paid social role. Agency-side is preferred but candidates with an in-house background will also be considered
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager – strategy, creation, optimisation, and campaign analysis
- A degree of client-facing experience (e.g. handling accounts/reporting)
- Confident in tracking and conversion optimization
- Experience with budget management & worked with a range of different campaign budgets
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics & Facebook Analytics and other 3rd party tools)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident with numbers and data / experience using data spreadsheets
- Confident with all social media platforms and familiar with scheduling software
- Demonstrate successful social campaigns you have worked on as well as the ability to understand briefs
