We have scarcely finished celebrating our UK Search Award nominations, and already the next batch of competition finalists has been announced.
The Drum Network Awards is now in its eighth year, and celebrates the UK agencies that have achieved amazing results for their clients, and grown as a business in the process. This is one of the industry’s most respected awards and pulls in all the biggest and the best agencies around.
And guess what?
Gravytrain have been nominated for Content Marketing Campaign of the Year and the Financial Services Campaign/Strategy of the Year!
The competition was incredibly stiff as expected, and we may well find ourselves in something of a David and Goliath situation; some of our fellow nominees have thousands of employees with budgets to match! Nonetheless we have every confidence that our entries are good enough to topple our mighty opposition.
Our presence is proof that size does not matter, and that clever thinking will normally triumph in the end! This year’s ceremony will be held on November 24th at the Marriott Grosvenor Square in London’s Mayfair. If the Drum Search Awards party is anything to go by, it is set to be a most enjoyable evening indeed.
If everything goes to plan, Gravytrain could finish 2016 with a veritable cluster of highly coveted awards. However, we aren’t taking any chances, and are currently waiting for a delivery of rabbit feet, lucky heather and horse shoes to give our luck a nice, natural boost.
