How does the Call Tracking Work?
The call tracking software integrates into Google Analytics and reports on keywords, traffic sources, and goals. ResponseTap also integrates into Google AdWords to show how many calls each campaign generated as well as which keyword generated a phone call.
The dashboard allows users to see the total, unique and repeat calls that have been made and you can change the date range to compare the performance over a certain period of time. You can also see how long a call was for, set up missed call alerts as well as have the customer’s phone number to call them back if needed. For monitoring purposes, calls can also be recorded and played back.
